To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in child protection or children in need settings.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
