Job description
We are currently recruiting for experienced Disability Social Workers to join our team in West Midlands on 18/01/2021.
Successful candidates will:
- demonstrate an impressive and specialist knowledge of social work practice and HCPC registration
- be flexible and confident under pressure
- focused around assessing and managing the risk involved in protecting vulnerable people
- have relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families
- have a detailed understanding of the associated legislation.
The role includes:
- managing caseloads with various complexity
- contributing to regular monitoring and reviews of services
- identifying service improvements where possible
- ensuring the effective use of resources
We require a high priority to be placed on safeguarding and the promotion of welfare.
