Job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Disability Social Workers to join our team in West Midlands on 18/01/2021.
Successful candidates will:

  • demonstrate an impressive and specialist knowledge of social work practice and HCPC registration
  • be flexible and confident under pressure
  • focused around assessing and managing the risk involved in protecting vulnerable people
  • have relevant qualifications and experience of working with disabled people and their families
  • have a detailed understanding of the associated legislation.

The role includes:

  • managing caseloads with various complexity
  • contributing to regular monitoring and reviews of services
  • identifying service improvements where possible
  • ensuring the effective use of resources

We require a high priority to be placed on safeguarding and the promotion of welfare.
