Job description
Team Manager required for a new Brief Intervention Team - 1 x Team Manager this will have 4 x SW/SSW in. The role is working with children and families currently subject to CIN plans, with the aim of stepping the cases down, or closing them down completely. The work is focused around early help and intervention, and whilst assessments and reports will need to be written up, there are no statutory assessments or court work required. Candidates need strong knowledge of early intervention and must have good assessment skills. It has initial sign off for 12 weeks but is expected to continue further than this, in 12 week increments. - Needed ASAP!Reference: 387260
