Job description
Cardiff Adult Services practice is underpinned by a strength based approach and we support staff with mentors and protected time sessions with colleagues plus supervision and regular team meetings. We encourage joint working across the health and social care sector and actively promote a collaborative, person centred approach.We are looking for social workers who are able to work professionally and compassionately with those they assess. A sound knowledge of mental capacity work and experience in asset based assessing is an advantage but applicants who are recently qualified are encouraged to apply.
