Job description

We have a situation vacant for a qualified Social Worker (BA/BSc/MA in Social Work or equivalent) to take on the role of Team Manager in West London with effect from 03/08/2020.

Overseeing a team of newly qualified and experienced social workers, the successful candidate will ensure the service provided is effective and efficient, as well as bringing innovative change within the department.

As a leader with experience of staff supervision, HR practices and appraisal systems, our ideal applicant will also possess the motivation needed to develop new strategies to further improve our high-quality response service.  

The ability to address any practice concerns or issues within the team and to model best practice by taking professional responsibility for outcomes will contribute to the support and development of wellbeing amongst your team members.
