Job description

Are you an experienced, qualified Social Worker with added leadership skills? Are you energetic, enthusiastic, HCPC registered and the proud holder of a BA/BSc/MA in Social Work (or equivalent)

If so, and you can demonstrate excellent supervisory skills, we need you to oversee our South East-based team consisting of new and experienced social workers.

We will require you to ensure effective and efficient service provision as well as delivering positive change within the department through the development of new strategies You’ll also need to nurture and support your team by addressing any concerns and modelling good practice by taking professional responsibility for the provision of a high-quality response service.

You’ll take accountability for the team’s performance, drawing on your experience of leading, motivating and managing complex teams and practice issues. Quality assurance and the management of resources and budgets will also be a part of your remit.
