Job description

We are actively recruiting for a qualified Child's Social Worker to join our team in South West with effect from 06/07/2020.

Responsibilities will include assessing, monitoring and reviewing the existing care needs of individuals; assessing potential risks and protection and social care needs of individuals and carers; devising individual care plans: liaising with other agencies; and managing an agreed caseload.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to record data accurately, have a good working knowledge of legislation and possess excellent communication skills.

We'd like to hear from you if you fit the above criteria and can enhance the existing team by providing support, guidance and a good understanding of philosophies, professional social work issues and the legal framework.
