Job description

We are interested in hearing from experienced, qualified Social Workers with a background in leadership and management and professional qualifications including HCPC registration and a BA/BSc/MA in Social Work (or equivalent).

Our Wales-based team, consisting of new and experienced social workers, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Team Manager to start with effect from 02/03/2020.

Responsibilities include:

  • ensuring an effective and efficient service provision
  • delivering positive change within the department through the development of new strategies
  • nurturing and supporting the team through any issues and providing a role model for professional and responsible service delivery
  • taking accountability for the team’s performance, as well as quality assurance and the management of resources and budgets
