This is an exciting opportunity for a CAMHS Practitioner to join a busy and effective multi-disciplinary CAMHS Service in Yorkshire carrying out assessments for ASD.
The CAMHS team supports children and young people from pre-school years up to 16 years of age, (or up to 18 years of age if still in school) where there are severe and long standing concerns about emotional well-being and behaviours.
Your duties will involve working therapeutically with young people with Mental Health issues to support them and assist them with rehabilitation as well assessing Children and Young people for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
You will have experience within a NHS/Health setting and ideally within CAMHS. This is a busy team so diligence, patience and a positive attitude are a must.
Please apply if you are a registered professional in Qualified Social Work, Occupational Therapy (where Sensory Integration Training would be an advantage) or an ADOS trained and registered Psychologist.
