At Caritas we take a holistic view when dealing with client requirements. Through in-depth consultation, we gain an understanding of your short term, medium term and long term priorities; tailoring our service offering to support these. Often, in order to address these priorities, clients may require a bespoke project based solution.
Caritas has a number of successful case studies (available upon request) outlining how we have worked in partnership with clients in supplying highly experienced teams of Social Care Professionals for a fixed period to 'prevent' or 'resolve' shortcomings in service performance. This may in advance of, or to address any failings highlighted as a result of, an Ofsted inspection. Specific projects have required a team of workers to complete the following types of work:
- Assessments- working to clear a backlog of initial and/or Section 47 assessments
- Review of casework- auditing system entries and recommend case actions to identify any incorrect outcomes
- Service restructuring- trialing a new team, or way of working, before implementation of a large scale service restructure.
After initial consultation with each client, we devise a clear proposal including an outline of the requirements, including an overview of the purpose of the project, the number of workers needed, the timeframes for each stage of the short listing process and a full breakdown of complete costings.
