Disabilities
Caritas supply both Social Workers and Assistant Social Workers to a range of teams across adult services including those focused on providing services to clients with physical, learning and sensory disabilities. Disabilities Social Workers carry out assessments and offer care management services to people over the age of 18 with a disability. Assistant Social Workers, together with parents and carers, support service users to live as full a life as possible.
